Nancy Geary served in the Criminal Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s
Office, after which she practiced both civil and white-collar criminal litigation at
Choate, Hall & Stewart. She is also the author of four published novels.

Gordon Walker has over 30 years’ experience as a trial lawyer. He is a graduate of Harvard Law
School and has tried cases and argued appeals in numerous state and federal courts. He is the former
head of the litigation department in the Boston office of McDermott, Will and Emery.
Gordon has represented major corporations, including General Electric, Wyeth, Ford, Digital
Equipment and Daewoo, in complex litigation. He has represented individuals in diverse matters
including will contests, corporate control struggles, employment cases, partnership disputes, non-competition matters and trade secret claims. Many of his cases have been high profile matters, one of
which was the subject of a “Sixty Minutes” segment.
Gordon’s experience and judgment have resulted in his being retained to counsel individuals and
companies in non-litigation matters as well. He recognizes that matters entrusted to him are often of
critical importance to clients and treats each matter accordingly. He is aware that litigation is not
always in the client’s interest and is experienced in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute
resolution. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbitrators.
After many years of major law firm practice, Gordon enjoys being a part of a small firm that permits
him more freedom in the selection of cases and the ability to represent clients more economically.
Aside from practicing law, Gordon’s interests include scuba diving, writing, and taking tennis lessons
from his nine year old son.

Nancy Geary graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1990. Since that time, she has
worked in both the public and private sectors, and has extensive experience representing individuals
and corporations in both civil and criminal matters.
As an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s
office, she prosecuted economic crimes, credit card and insurance fraud, and public corruption in
Superior and District Courts throughout the state. She briefed and argued criminal appeals in the
Supreme Judicial Court and the Appeals Court, as well as habeas corpus petitions in the First Circuit
and District of Massachusetts. She served on the Urban Violence Strike Force prosecuting drug,
domestic violence, prostitution, and DUI cases in Lowell District Court. She was appointed to serve
on the Massachusetts Domestic Violence Council and did extensive police training on domestic
violence issues.
In private practice, Nancy has handled diverse litigation matters, organized and trained associates,
